Heavy site update: new versions of many projects, old deprecated work has been moved
to a new section called the "Museum". Details:
- Completely new versions of the PLM libraries: PLMBase
(removed all classes that require SDL), PLMMedia
(removed all GUI classes), PLM3D (removed all GUI classes).
- New version (1.3) of PLM Font Manager.
- New version (0.9) of PLM Slicer (now uses Fox toolkit).
- New version (1.0) of PLM Calc (now uses Fox too).
- Updated version of TwinPics (now uses PLMMedia).

New library (kind of) PLMLang, a multi-language system,
to help your programs speak other languages. This code/tool has been used in PFM.
